Rules that protect the RJ Digital Alliance website, app, catalogue, accounts, PC Builder, AI assistant, customers, and commercial data from misuse.
Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026
Please read this document with our other linked policies and your final quotation or invoice. Applicable statutory rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.
1. Permitted use
You may browse, search, compare, request quotations, maintain a cart or wishlist, use the PC Builder and AI assistant, create authorised business accounts, contact support, and purchase products for lawful personal or authorised business purposes. Access is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing activity.
- Unauthorised access, credential testing, vulnerability exploitation, malware, denial of service, interference, bypassing security controls or rate limits, or probing systems without written authorisation.
- Automated scraping, bulk extraction, mirroring, database reconstruction, model training, competitive price-feed resale, or bot purchasing without prior written permission, except ordinary indexing by authorised public search engines.
- False accounts, orders, enquiries, reviews, warranty claims, returns, addresses, identities, GST details, payment evidence, or promotion manipulation.
- Payment abuse, stolen instruments, friendly fraud, duplicate or knowingly false chargebacks, refund fraud, product substitution, or retention of goods after a reversed payment.
- Impersonating RJ Digital Alliance, its staff, manufacturers, customers, or business partners; misrepresenting reseller authority; or using brand assets without permission.
- Submitting another person’s personal, confidential, payment, login, or device information without authority.
3. AI assistant and generated output
AI output is informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It does not confirm price, stock, compatibility, delivery, warranty, tax, legal rights, or order acceptance. Final decisions must use the confirmed product page, quotation, invoice, technician review, and applicable policy.
Do not use the assistant for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, cybersecurity exploitation, or hazardous instructions. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, confidential information, or personal data not necessary for shopping support.
4. Enforcement
We may rate-limit, block, suspend, preserve evidence, cancel unaccepted orders, reverse improperly obtained promotions, restrict accounts, or report suspected unlawful activity when reasonably necessary. Enforcement may consider account, device, network, payment, delivery, claim, and behavioural signals, subject to applicable law.
5. Reporting
Questions, notices, claims, and grievances may be submitted through the contact channels published in the website footer. Include the relevant order, quotation, invoice, service-ticket, or payment reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card details, or unrelated confidential information.
