Cookies and On-Device Storage Notice
What the RJ Digital Alliance website and installable app store on a device, why it is used, and how users can control it.
Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026
Please read this document with our other linked policies and your final quotation or invoice. Applicable statutory rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.
1. Essential storage
The website and app may use cookies, browser storage, authentication tokens, and service-worker caches for sign-in, security, consent records, guest cart, wishlist, session continuity, installation preferences, chat state, offline application files, fraud controls, and reliable updates. These functions may be necessary to provide a requested service.
Blocking or clearing essential storage can sign the user out, remove local carts or preferences, reset consent, disable offline loading, or prevent parts of checkout and security from working.
2. Optional personalisation and analytics
Where offered, optional personalisation may remember recently viewed products or preferences to improve product discovery. Optional analytics or marketing technologies will be used only under the consent and configuration applicable to them.
Rejecting optional storage does not prevent basic browsing or purchasing, although recommendations and remembered preferences may be reduced.
3. AI chat and local history
AI-chat history or interface state may be stored locally on the same device for the configured retention period. Sending a message transmits the prompt and limited context to the configured AI service as described in the Privacy Policy. Clear Chat or clearing browser data removes the local copy.
4. Third-party technologies
Authentication, payment, finance, maps, video, communications, reviews, fraud prevention, and other integrated services may set or access necessary identifiers under their own policies. We aim to minimise integrations and disclose them through the relevant service and Privacy Policy.
5. Control and retention
Use the website choices, account settings, browser controls, or device settings to manage optional storage. Essential values persist until they expire, are replaced, or are cleared. Cached application files update as releases change.
Clearing storage may not delete server-side orders, invoices, support records, consent evidence, security logs, or other records lawfully retained under the Privacy Policy.
6. Contact
Questions, notices, claims, and grievances may be submitted through the contact channels published in the website footer. Include the relevant order, quotation, invoice, service-ticket, or payment reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card details, or unrelated confidential information.
