Terms and Conditions
The contract governing use of the RJ Digital Alliance website, app, catalogue, accounts, AI assistant, quotations, products, custom PC builds, repairs, orders, and related services.
Effective: 3 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 3 August 2026
Please read this document with our other linked policies and your final quotation or invoice. Applicable statutory rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be limited.
1. Acceptance, eligibility, and policy hierarchy
By accessing the service, creating an account, requesting a quotation, placing an order, booking a repair, or using the PC Builder or AI assistant, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If acting for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
The final accepted quotation, order confirmation, invoice, product-specific disclosure, and manufacturer terms form part of the transaction. For the same subject, a specific written term confirmed for an order prevails over a general website term, while mandatory law prevails over both.
2. Accounts and verification
Provide complete and accurate information and keep credentials, devices, OTPs, and sessions secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent it is under your control.
We may verify identity, address, GST or business status, payment authority, delivery location, financing eligibility, order purpose, and fraud risk before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may limit, suspend, or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, impersonation, repeated false orders, chargeback misuse, unauthorised automation, or violation of law or these Terms.
3. Catalogue, images, specifications, and availability
Product images may be illustrative. Packaging, colour, label placement, included literature, firmware, hardware revision, country of origin, bundled item, or minor appearance may vary where the confirmed model and material specification remain equivalent. Display settings can affect colour.
Specifications and warranty information may originate from manufacturers, distributors, or catalogue sources. Customers must review the final confirmed model, part number, condition, quantity, and requirements before payment, especially for mission-critical, professional, or compatibility-sensitive use.
Website stock, delivery estimates, offers, and prices are invitations to place an order, not automatic acceptance or reservation. Stock is allocated only after required verification and the acceptance conditions communicated for that transaction are satisfied.
4. Order formation and acceptance
Submitting an order or payment request is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement, payment authorisation, cart confirmation, or chatbot response does not by itself mean that we accepted the order.
An order is accepted when we expressly confirm it after verifying price, stock, specification, payment, serviceability, fraud risk, and any technical requirements. Before acceptance, we may correct information, request clarification, reject the order, or cancel and return the amount actually received.
5. Prices, tax, payment, and title
Prices, offers, quotations, taxes, credit terms, and corrections are governed by the Offers and Price Policy. Payment must be made through an approved method and may remain subject to gateway, bank, financing, anti-fraud, or settlement checks.
Unless otherwise stated, title in goods passes only after full cleared payment. Risk passes on physical delivery to the customer or authorised recipient, subject to mandatory law and verified transit-damage rights. Business credit is available only under written approval and may be suspended for late payment, changed risk, or breach.
6. Custom PCs and configured products
PC Builder and AI recommendations are preliminary assistance. Final compatibility is based on the exact confirmed component list, manufacturer data, available BIOS or firmware support, power requirements, physical clearances, cooling, intended workload, and technician review.
Performance varies with silicon variation, software, drivers, operating system, workload, thermals, environment, power quality, network, and configuration. Benchmarks and estimated FPS or performance figures are illustrative unless expressly guaranteed in the final written quotation.
After special procurement, seal opening, assembly, engraving, software or licence activation, data migration, configuration, or testing begins, cancellation and change-of-mind return rights may be restricted to the extent permitted by law. Defect, wrong supply, and non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
7. Customer-selected compatibility and installation
When a customer supplies incomplete or incorrect requirements, purchases individual parts without requesting validation, rejects a compatibility warning, uses third-party parts, or installs products through an unauthorised party, we are not responsible for incompatibility or damage caused by that decision. This does not excuse an incorrect compatibility confirmation expressly provided by us for the final unchanged build.
Installation, assembly, operating-system setup, data migration, on-site service, cable management, stress testing, or software configuration is included only when written in the order or invoice.
8. Refurbished, open-box, clearance, and special-order goods
The stated condition, cosmetic grade, battery condition or warranty, missing accessories, packaging status, and testing scope form part of the product description. Cosmetic wear consistent with the disclosed grade is not a defect.
Change-of-mind returns are not available for refurbished, open-box, clearance, liquidation, special-import, discontinued, or specially procured goods unless expressly offered. Verified wrong supply, undisclosed material condition, DOA, warranty, and mandatory consumer rights remain available.
9. Delivery, inspection, returns, and warranty
Shipping, inspection, failed delivery, and transfer of possession are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Cancellation, return, replacement, refund, and warranty rights are governed by their respective policies, the invoice, product-specific disclosures, and manufacturer terms.
Eligibility may require timely reporting, reasonable troubleshooting, inspection, serial-number verification, proof of purchase, and return of the complete product package. Fraudulent, altered, substituted, or unrelated items may be rejected and preserved as evidence.
10. Repair and data responsibility
Before repair, diagnosis, return, or warranty service, back up and remove data, confidential information, removable media, and unnecessary credentials. Diagnosis, firmware update, operating-system work, manufacturer service, reset, storage replacement, or hardware failure may erase data.
Unless a paid data-recovery service expressly states otherwise, no data recovery or data preservation is guaranteed. We are not liable for loss of data that the customer could reasonably have backed up, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The app, software, layouts, brand assets, catalogue structure, text, images, documentation, databases, and related rights are owned by or licensed to us. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the service for lawful personal or authorised business purchasing purposes.
Scraping, bulk extraction, price-feed resale, model training, mirroring, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, interference, impersonation, fraudulent orders, review manipulation, or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy is not permitted.
12. Third-party products and services
Manufacturers, software publishers, payment providers, banks, financiers, couriers, installers, cloud providers, and warranty centres operate under their own terms. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by law and our express commitments, but do not control independent third-party systems, approvals, service times, or policies.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, avoidable data loss, or business interruption that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Our aggregate contractual liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to us for the affected product or service. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, statutory product liability, breach of obligations that cannot be limited, or any other liability that law prohibits limiting.
14. Customer indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse reasonable loss and third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement, false information, unauthorised resale representation, misuse of an account under your control, unauthorised modification, or breach of these Terms. This does not require indemnification for our own negligence, breach, or unlawful conduct.
15. Force majeure and business continuity
Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, strike, civil disruption, government restriction, import interruption, cyber incident, utility or network failure, carrier disruption, or supplier allocation. We may suspend affected performance, offer alternatives, or cancel the unfulfilled portion and return the amount received for it.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the published grievance channels.
Subject to mandatory consumer forums, statutory remedies, and other non-waivable jurisdiction, courts where our registered office is situated have jurisdiction. Invalid or unenforceable provisions will be limited or severed without affecting the remainder.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security, product, or operational changes. An already accepted order remains governed by the terms confirmed for that order unless both parties agree otherwise or law requires a change.
Questions, notices, claims, and grievances may be submitted through the contact channels published in the website footer. Include the relevant order, quotation, invoice, service-ticket, or payment reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs, full card details, or unrelated confidential information.
