What the builder's compatibility warnings mean
Each warning, what causes it, and what to change.

The builder distinguishes between "this cannot work" and "this will work but you should know something". Here is what each one means.

Blocking problems
These mean the machine will not run as configured.
Socket mismatch. The processor does not physically fit the board. Change one or the other; there is no adapter.
Memory generation mismatch. DDR4 and DDR5 are different physical shapes and are not interchangeable. A DDR5 board takes DDR5 only.
Graphics card too long, or too thick. It does not fit the cabinet. Either a shorter card or a larger case — measuring is the only way to be sure.
Cooler too tall. The side panel will not close. Air coolers are the usual culprit.
Not enough power. The supply cannot deliver what the parts draw, with headroom for transient spikes. Modern graphics cards spike well above their rated draw for milliseconds at a time, and a supply sized to the average will trip.
Warnings worth reading
These work, but have a consequence.
BIOS update may be needed. The board supports the processor only after a firmware update — and performing that update may require a processor the board already supports. Ask before ordering; this is the single most common way a build stalls on the bench.
Memory speed above what the board runs. It will work, at the board's speed. You are paying for headroom you will not use.
Populating the second M.2 disables SATA ports. A specification detail of that chipset, not a fault. It matters if you also planned several SATA drives.
Connector needs an adapter. Some cards need a 12V-2x6 connector. An adapter chain works but a supply with the native connector is better.
Little power headroom. It runs, but there is no room to upgrade the graphics card later without also replacing the supply.
Expected result
Every blocking problem resolved, and every remaining warning one you have read and accepted.
