Applies to
Any repair or service job booked with us. You do not need an account.
Check it
- Go to Track a repair.
- Enter the ticket number from your job sheet.
- The current stage appears, with what has happened so far.
What the stages mean
- Received — the device is logged in and queued.
- Diagnosed — we know what is wrong. A quotation follows.
- Awaiting your approval — we have quoted and are waiting. Nothing chargeable happens until you say yes.
- Awaiting parts — approved, and something has to arrive first.
- In repair — on the bench.
- Testing — the original fault is being reproduced to confirm it is actually fixed, rather than assumed.
- Ready — done, waiting for collection.
- Collected — closed.
Expected result
A live stage without having to call, and a clear answer about whether the job is waiting on us or on you.
If it does not work
- Ticket number not recognised — check for a transposed digit. If it still fails, contact us with the device make, model and roughly when you handed it in.
- Lost the job sheet — same: make, model, approximate date.
- Stuck at Awaiting your approval — that one is waiting on you. Nothing chargeable proceeds until it is approved.
- Stuck at Awaiting parts longer than expected — tell us and we will give you the real position.
Before you collect
Bring the job sheet. For a business, bring something identifying the business — we do not release equipment to whoever turns up with a number.
