Create an account, and get a business account verified
How to register, and what GST verification changes about the prices you see.

A retail account takes a minute. A verified business account changes the prices shown across the whole catalogue.
Applies to
Anyone buying from this site. The verification part applies only to businesses with a GSTIN — resellers, offices, institutions and trade buyers.
Create the account
- Choose Sign in, then Create account.
- Enter your name, email and a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Confirm your email address from the message we send. Until you do, order confirmations have nowhere to go.
- Add a delivery address and a phone number. The phone number is what we call if there is a question about an order, so use one somebody answers.
Get a business account verified
Verification is what attaches your pricing tier. Without it you are charged retail prices, and no amount of asking at checkout changes that — the tier is a property of the account, not of the order.
- In your account, choose Business details.
- Enter your registered business name and GSTIN exactly as they appear on your GST certificate. A mismatched name is the most common reason verification stalls.
- Submit. Our team checks it against the GST record.
- Once approved, sign out and back in. Every price across the catalogue is now your tier price.
Expected result
Signed in as a verified business, the price on a product page is the price you pay. There is no separate trade portal and no discount to request per order.
If it does not work
- Verification is still pending — it is checked by a person during shop hours, not instantly.
- Prices look unchanged after approval — sign out and back in. The tier is attached to your session.
- The GSTIN is rejected — check for a transposed character, and that the legal name matches the certificate rather than your trading name.
Keeping the account safe
We will never ask you for your password, an OTP, a UPI PIN, a CVV or a full card number — not by phone, not by email, not on WhatsApp. If somebody claiming to be us asks for any of those, it is not us. Report it and change your password.
