Track an order, a collection, a return or a refund
Where to look at each stage, and what to do when something stalls.

Follow an order from dispatch to delivery, and know what to do when it stops moving.
Applies to
Orders placed on this site, whether delivered or collected from the counter.
Track it
- My orders shows the live status. This is the authoritative source — ahead of email.
- Once dispatched, the courier tracking reference appears on the order where the courier supplies one.
- For a collection, the status reaches Ready for collection. Bring the order number and, for a business order, something identifying the business.
Returns and refunds
- Open the order and choose Request a return, or contact us with the order number.
- Say what is wrong: damaged in transit, not what was ordered, faulty on arrival, or a change of mind.
- Keep the packaging until the return is resolved. A transit-damage claim is much weaker without it.
The returns and refunds policy in the footer governs eligibility and timing. Note that change-of-mind returns do not apply to specially procured items, or to a custom build once assembly has begun — the parts were bought for you.
Expected result
A status you can check yourself at any point, and a return that is acknowledged with a reference rather than an open-ended conversation.
If it does not work
- Tracking has not moved for days — tell us. We chase the courier; you should not have to.
- Delivered but nothing arrived — report it the same day. Courier claims have short windows.
- Arrived damaged — photograph the box before opening it if the damage is visible from outside. That photograph is usually what settles the claim.
- Refund not received — the refund leaves us on approval; the time to reach your account is your bank's. The order shows the date it was sent.
When to just call
Anything time-sensitive. A message about a parcel that is being returned to sender today is worth a phone call, not an email.
